Daikin’s history has always been built upon its global business strategy. While expanding business inside Japan, Daikin, as a multinational corporation with business globally, need to develop and implement our business strategies and principles based on a global perspective. Meanwhile, according to different cultures and customs of different countries and regions, we need to recruit and retain local talents who can understand the concept, tradition and company culture of Daikin while being capable of managing the operation and business of the group locally. In addition, we need to improve the talent exchanges among different subsidiaries in different countries.
